Vine: Blend of different grape of Langhe area
Soft pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation and maceration on the skins for 6-7 days at a temperature of 29-31°C.
The wine continues to mature for 6 months when - after clarification - it is bottled. The bottles are then stored lying down in the cellar for several more months before being released.
Organoleptic Characteristics, Preservation
Intense ruby red color, the nose has notes of juicy berries and sweet cherries. In the mouth it is full and solid but pleasant and with a long finish of ripe berries on a vanilla background. Serving recommended at a temperature of 17-18°C
